By starting a new jar every day and reusing the harvest jar, you can have a constant supply of sprouts. Here’s how: Step 1: Gather your supplies Get 16 oz mason jars, cheesecloth, rubber bands, and two tablespoons of seeds for sprouting (such as alfalfa, mung beans, or lentils).
